Serving at the altar of St. Michael’s Parish is a meaningful way for young parishioners to live out their faith and serve God. Altar servers assist the priest during Mass and other sacred celebrations, helping create a prayerful and reverent atmosphere. Through this ministry, they grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith, learn the importance of responsibility and discipline, and develop a deeper relationship with Christ. Above all, altar serving nurtures a heart of humility, devotion, and service, encouraging young people to become more active in the life of the Church and to strengthen their commitment to God and the parish community.

Students in Grades 5–12 are invited to consider becoming altar servers, assisting the priest at the altar and helping our parish celebrate the beauty of the Mass. Altar servers are trained and commissioned several times throughout the year. If your child feels called to this ministry, please email us to learn more about the next training session and receive the necessary registration forms.

We warmly welcome all who feel called to serve and look forward to supporting our young parishioners as they grow in faith and deepen their relationship with Christ through this meaningful ministry!
